2. The motor drives the pallet truck forward
The motor is the core driving component of the pedestrian electric pallet truck. It generates driving force based on the power provided by the battery. Generally, there are two types of motors: DC motors and AC motors. DC motors are more common in low-end and mid-range equipment, while AC motors are more efficient and run more smoothly, suitable for high-end pallet trucks.
When the operator issues a start command through the control handle, the controller transmits the signal to the motor, the motor starts working, and the drive wheel rotates accordingly. The speed of the motor is adjusted according to the load of the pallet truck and the ground conditions, so that the truck moves at an appropriate speed.

3. The controller adjusts the output of the motor
The controller is the "brain" of the entire drive system. It is responsible for managing and adjusting the working state of the motor. The operator issues instructions through the buttons or knobs on the handle, and the controller adjusts the speed and direction of the motor according to the instructions to realize the forward, backward and steering operations of the equipment.
The controller can adjust the speed of the motor and monitor the operating status of the equipment, such as battery power, load status, etc. When the equipment is under high load or the battery is low, the controller will automatically limit the output of the motor to prevent the equipment from malfunctioning due to overload. 5. Braking system ensures safety
Walking electric pallet trucks are equipped with a braking system, usually electromagnetic braking or mechanical braking. When the operator releases the handle or presses the brake button, the controller immediately sends a signal to the braking system, the brake quickly starts, stops the operation of the motor, and locks the drive wheel to ensure that the equipment stops in a short time. This is especially important for equipment on slopes and with heavy loads, and can effectively prevent sliding and accidents.

6. Intelligent monitoring and energy management
The drive system of modern pedestrian electric pallet trucks usually has intelligent energy management functions, which realizes efficient energy distribution through the comprehensive control of the battery, motor and braking system by the controller.
