Pedestrianism Electric Pallet Truck is one of the common handling equipment in modern warehousing and logistics. It can improve handling efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of operators. Before understanding its advantages and application scenarios, we must first understand its working principle.

1. The electric walking pallet truck is mainly composed of the following parts.
Electric drive system: The core of the electric pallet truck is the electric drive system, which mainly includes electric motors, batteries, controllers and drive wheels. This system provides power for the equipment, enabling it to easily move goods under different ground conditions.
Lifting system: The lifting system is mainly composed of a hydraulic pump, an electric lifting motor and a pallet fork. The hydraulic pump provides pressure to drive the pallet fork up and down to lift the goods to the appropriate height.
Control system: The control system includes a control handle, buttons and a display. The operator uses these control devices to adjust the travel, steering and lifting of the equipment to ensure the smooth progress of the handling process.
Braking and safety system: The electric pallet truck is equipped with safety systems such as emergency brakes and speed limit functions to ensure that the equipment can stop safely when traveling at high speed or under load.

2. Electric travel principle: The travel of electric pallet trucks depends on the electric drive system. Its electric motor is powered by a battery, and the current is adjusted by the controller to drive the motor to drive the wheels to rotate. The operator adjusts the speed and direction of the truck through the acceleration button or the control lever on the handle.
When the operator presses the forward button, the controller receives the instruction and transmits the current to the motor, which starts to rotate and drives the wheels to move the equipment forward. When moving backward, the current is transmitted in the opposite direction to change the direction of rotation of the wheels.
Steering principle: The steering of electric pallet trucks is usually achieved through wheel differential. Its wheel design allows the equipment to adjust the steering angle of the wheel by turning the handle, thereby changing the direction of travel. Most pallet trucks are equipped with flexible steering devices, which can move flexibly in narrow warehouses. Through a precise control system, users can easily adjust the driving direction of the equipment and complete various complex handling tasks.
Lifting and lowering principle: The lifting system of the pallet truck is driven by a hydraulic pump and an electric lifting motor. When lifting, the operator starts the hydraulic pump by controlling the lifting button on the handle. The hydraulic pump transmits pressure to the hydraulic cylinder through hydraulic oil, driving the pallet fork to move upward, thereby lifting the goods to a certain height. When descending, the pressure of the hydraulic pump is released, and the pallet fork slowly descends under the action of gravity.
This lifting process is smooth and efficient, ensuring that the pallet cargo is safely lifted to the appropriate height, convenient for docking with shelves, forklifts and other equipment. The system can accurately control the lifting height to help operators complete the stacking and loading and unloading of goods.
Battery power supply and charging principle: All operations of the electric walking pallet truck rely on the power provided by the battery. Modern trucks generally use rechargeable batteries, and the capacity of the battery directly determines the working time of the equipment. When the equipment is low on power, the battery is charged by a special charger.
Common battery types include lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries. Compared with traditional lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries have longer battery life, faster charging speed, and lighter weight, making the equipment lighter and more flexible.
Braking and safety control principle: In order to ensure safe operation, the electric walking pallet truck is equipped with a braking system. When the operator needs to make an emergency stop, he presses the brake button on the handle, and the brake device will quickly brake mechanically or electrically to stop the rotation of the wheels. In addition, the speed limiter of the equipment can prevent it from running overspeed under heavy loads to avoid safety accidents.
Some high-end electric pallet trucks are also equipped with intelligent sensing systems, which automatically slow down or even stop when obstacles or dangers are detected, improving overall safety performance.
