Regular inspection of the mechanical components and electrical systems of the lifting platform is an important part of ensuring its long-term efficient and safe operation. The inspection content should cover all key parts of the lifting platform to ensure that potential problems are discovered in time and measures are taken to repair or maintain them, so as to avoid accidents or reduce the service life of the equipment.
In terms of mechanical parts, the guide rail system of the lifting platform should be checked first. The guide rail is an important supporting part of the lifting platform and needs to be checked regularly for obvious wear, scratches or deformation. You can touch the surface of the guide rail with your hand to check whether there are obvious bulges or depressions to ensure that the lifting process of the platform will not be stuck or tilted due to damage to the guide rail. If the guide rail is severely worn, it should be repaired or replaced in time. The lubrication of the guide rail is also very important. The lubricating oil should be refueled or replaced regularly to reduce wear and improve work efficiency.
The oil cylinder and chain of the lifting platform are important components that drive the lifting of the platform and need special attention. The oil cylinder is prone to oil leakage or aging of the seal after long-term use. Check whether the oil seal of the oil cylinder is intact and whether the oil is sufficient. Replace or replenish it if necessary. If oil leakage or insufficient pressure is found, the machine should be stopped for inspection and repaired in time. The chain may become loose, rusted or stretched during long-term use. Check whether the chain tension is appropriate, clean the chain and add lubricant to prevent rust.
Reducer and motor are the power system of the lifting platform and also need to be checked regularly. The lubricating oil inside the reducer needs to be replaced regularly to ensure its normal operation; the motor should be checked for abnormal noise or overheating to avoid damage caused by excessive use. If the motor has difficulty starting or runs unsteadily, check whether the circuit and the motor itself are faulty and deal with them in time.
Regular inspections are not only to ensure the safety of the lifting platform during operation, but also to help prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs. Through careful inspection and maintenance, the service life of the lifting platform can be effectively extended, the stability and safety of the equipment can be ensured, and small problems can be avoided from accumulating into major failures.
